Well, I’ve got a plan for that. I call it the BASIC plan.

Who Is This For?

  • Small business owners with simple websites that just need to be maintained
  • Personal bloggers
  • Sites that don’t get a ton of traffic and have light support needs.

Who Is This NOT For?

  • Membership sites
  • eCommerce sites

The Concierge Basic plan is intended for site owners on a budget who don’t necessarily feel they need everything that the Core plan includes. Yet… you still want to outsource the tech stuff. You want somebody to look after the site and bring all the important tech stuff to the table so you don’t have to worry about it. You want to be able to know your site is in full working order…. so YOU can focus on the things that matter most to you.

Now, there are some definite core differences with this BASIC plan. This plan will include:

  • Site Hosting (you’ll no longer have the hassle of dealing with the hosting on your own)
  • Total Site Maintenance (Weekly updates and ensuring things run smoothly)
  • Daily Off-Site Backups (powered by BlogVault)
  • ONEPass Membership Included ($99 value)
  • Unlimited Questions & Answers (so you’re never alone to figure it out)
  • Malware Scanning / Firewall (powered by Malcare)
  • Private collaboration area for questions.
  • Automatic image optimization

I’ll host your site for you. Keep it maintained and happy. Back it up reliably. Keep it fully secure. And be your “web dude” when any questions or confusions come up. You’ll also get access to all of my training here on the site in ONEPass.

I’ll do all that for just… $49/month.

Not bad, right?

Now, to be clear, here’s what you won’t get…

  • You will not have access to Fathom Analytics. You can use any web stats you would like, but it needs to be your own account.
  • You will not have access to the premium licenses to the plugins in the Concierge Toolkit. I can likely maintain plugins for you either way, but you will need to bring your own license codes for premium plugins as needed.
  • Hosting will be on a shared virtual private server on xCloud instead of Rocket.net hosting (more on my hosting partners here). This is still great hosting and your site is going to be fast. No worries about that. But, Rocket is like the cadillac of hosting and it definitely costs me more to provide that hosting to my clients. On the BASIC plan, you’ll be on xCloud instead.
  • You will not have a client discount on Anytime Credits. Core and Platinum plans get automatic discounts on credits for development work. On the Basic plan, you will have no automatic discount.
  • Outgoing email will include 100 emails per month. This is usually plenty for most smaller sites, for things like password resets and basic needs. If you have higher needs, we can increase it with add-ons to your plan.

A Few Questions You Might Have…

Even on my Basic plan, this includes high-quality web hosting, full off-site backups powered by BlogVault, automatic image optimization, automatic malware detection and firewall. The cost of those services alone can add up, but they are all baked into Concierge automatically.

But, then there’s the value of your TIME. What is your TIME worth? And then, how much of your time do you spend maintaining your website? How much time do you waste by not having somebody trustworthy to turn to when you have a tech question?

For just $49/month, you have a “web guy”. So, do YOU think it makes sense? 😎

That’s no problem. I can do it for you. You’ll just need to have some Anytime Credits on your account with me. Most Concierge clients keep a few credits on their balance at all times. And you’ll get an automatic email notice whenever we debit a credit from your account. It is totally on-demand and super flexible and there’s no need to pay more each month if your development needs are super light or come and go.

No. Truth is, the costs of providing these services are billed to me monthly. So, for economic reasons, I pass costs onto my clients monthly as well.

Yes, of course. Just get in touch and I can upgrade you if you like. If you do upgrade to Core, you would then get all the enhanced Core services including access to all of the premium tools of the Concierge Toolkit.

To be clear, you can cancel Concierge any time you want. I never hold your site hostage. If you let me know you’d like to cancel, all you need to do is let me know where you’d like to move your site and I will help you migrate it to it’s new host. I will then disconnect my services and you’ll be good to go on your own. No problem at all.

Rocket is a premium level web host and it definitely costs more. This is why it is reserved for clients on the Core plan or higher. But, no worries… that doesn’t mean your site is going to be slow. 😇 If you choose to have me host your site, I will have it on a virtual private server managed by xCloud. Your site will be very fast and I will make sure of it. On most web hosts, you’re sharing a server with literally hundreds of other websites. In my environment, that is not the case. And that makes a huge difference.
